Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.


Delivery Timeframes

United States: 5–8 business days
Other International Destinations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier operations.
Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed timeframes.
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather disruptions, peak seasons, or carrier issues beyond our control.
  • Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the courier service.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Welnora is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incomplete information
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, additional reshipping fees may apply.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking confirms your order has been marked as Delivered, but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Contact your local courier directly
  3. Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Please note: Once an order is confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Welnora is not liable for lost or stolen packages.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery here:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue.

We will review and arrange an appropriate resolution.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return requests must be submitted and approved before items are sent back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
